The intermolecular force that is present in grease is to be explained.
Concept Introduction:
Solubility is a property of substance, in solid or liquid or gaseous state called the solute, that dissolve in a liquid (also solid or gas) called the solvent.
The solubility of any substance depends on its chemical structure, temperature, pressure, and presence of external chemicals.
A solute can be polar or nonpolar. The polar solute normally dissolves in polar solvent and nonpolar solute in nonpolar solvent. This is called like dissolve like concept.
