Summary Introduction

Introduction:

Fungi are the group of organisms which are mainly composed of a flexible and strong nitrogenous polysaccharide cell wall called chitin. Fungi include molds, yeast and mushrooms, which differ from plants in that they do not contain chlorophyll so, they are unable to perform photosynthesis. Fungi cause several types of infections in both plants and animals.
