Explanation

In FCA welding two sets of rollers help reducing the drive pressure on the electrode. The electrode is passes through the rollers. If roller pressure is too high, then diameter of the electrode is reduced which effect the weld quality.

When the electrode is pressed through the rollers with high pressure then the amount of flux is dropped in the rollers which block the guide way and disturb the electrode feeding system...
