Interpretation:
The molecular structure in which hydrogen bond attraction is less than induced dipole forces is to be stated when present together.
Concept introduction:
The induced dipole interaction occurs when an ion or a dipole induces a temporary dipole in an atom or a molecule with no dipole. The induced dipole forces are the attraction forces between molecules having temporary dipoles. Hydrogen bonding is the strong intermolecular attraction created when a hydrogen atom bonded to a very electronegative atom interacts with a nearby electronegative atom.
