Concept introduction:
A technique where the concentration of an unidentified solution is determined using the identified concentration of the solution is known as titration. Naturally the known solution is added to the known quantity of an unknown solution from burette till the reaction got completed. The concentration of an unidentified solution is determined by the known volume of titrant. Usually at the end of reaction an indicator is utilized to signal the endpoint.
An ideal point which indicates that the titration is completed is recognized as equivalence point. To obtain the precise results an equivalence point should be achieved correctly and precisely. Titrant or the solution of an identified concentration is added to the solution of unidentified concentration or we can say analyte in a very slowly manner to get the desired result.
