Concept explainers
What is the purpose of a model in science?
To explain: Purpose of scientific models
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
Scientific model is the representation of any concept, idea, theory or any experiment.
Scientific models can be of two types working model and non-working model. Working model is that actually works and shows the actual phenomenon involved in it whereas the non-working model is not practical and can explain the phenomenon involved but it won’t work. Scientific models should be the part of curriculum, as it gives the exact idea to the students what actual the scientific things works. Scientific models provide the practical knowledge to the students.
Conclusion:
Purpose of scientific model is to give the clear picture of how things work exactly.
