Concept Introduction:
Enzymes are the protein macromolecules having a designated amino acid sequence. They have a three-dimensional structure. The polypeptide chains that coil to form a spherical shape are known as globular proteins. These proteins are soluble in water. The common examples of globular proteins are albumin and insulin.
