Primates are group of mammals that share many physical and behavioral characteristics. These include monkeys, apes, lemurs, lorises, tarsiers, and humans. The anatomy of primates is very versatile, for example, they have multipurpose fingers and toes that are not only useful for locomotion, but also for grasping and manipulating small objects.
