Lymphocytes are the cells that are bigger than the RBCs and are found abundantly in the lymphatic system. The nucleus of the lymphocytes are larges and cover the cells, with only little rim of cytoplasm observed under the lens. They form 20−40 % of the WBCs in the blood. The lymphocytes that are in circulation are of three types; T-cells, B-cells and NK cells.
