Introduction:

Cutaneous mycosis is an infection caused by the superficial fungus in the skin, hair, and nails. The fungi secrete an enzyme called keratinase, which degrade keratin protein present in nails, hairs and skin. This allows the entry of fungi inside the body and cause cutaneous mycosis.
