One reason for the irreversibility of the in vivo phosphorolysis should be stated.

The Le Chatelier’s principle is applied to the phosphorolysis reaction to identify the reason for the irreversibility of the in vivo phosphorolysis.
Le Chatelier’s principle simply states that when a constraint such as a change in concentration is applied to an equilibrated system (e.g. a reversible reaction), the equilibrium shifts to minimize the applied constraint.
