Binomial nomenclature is a method of naming organisms using a two-term naming system. Each species is classified under different taxonomical levels based on their similarities. So, organisms should have a common naming system to identify them. Binomial nomenclature system was introduced by the scientist Carolus Linnaeus. According to his nomenclature system there are some rules to follow.
