Cutaneous anthrax is usually caused when microorganism called B.anthracis (Bacillus anthracis) spores make their entry via the cuts on the skin. It usually develops 1 to 7 days after the exposure of the skin to the bacteria. Mild discomfort in the chest, shortness of the breath, blood cough, painful swallowing, and flu-like symptoms.
