A chart that compares stems, leaves and roots of the monocot (corn) and a dicot plant (sunflower).

Concept introduction:

There are various parts of a plant. Like the stems, roots, leaves flowers and some others. Different organs have different functions. Stems help in the transport of food water and minerals, they also help in providing mechanical strength and support to a plant, leaves prepare food for entire plant and similarly different organs have different functions.
