Case summary:

A 35-year-old man Mr. Boulard was intoxicated when he boarded the bus, which met with an accident. He behaved erratically, staggered while walking, and appeared disoriented. The man reached the driver’s compartment just prior to the accident. He was considered to be the main cause of the fatal accident. His breath had the odor of fruity acetone combined with alcohol. He was reported to have minor injuries.
