Amino acid synthesis is the biochemical process by which amino acids are synthesized. Organisms are not able to synthesize all amino acids. Humans can synthesize only 11 amino acids out of the 20 amino acids. These amino acids are termed as the non-essential amino acids, and the remaining amino acids are termed as the essential amino acids.
