The type of interaction between a nonnative species and other organism of the community.

Introduction:

The interaction between two different living can be studied through different types of ecological interactions. The ecological interaction can be competition, commensalism, mutualism, and predation.

Explanation of Solution

The ecological community that is already established have all the resources distributed among the members of the community. When a nonnative or an invasive species is introduced, it fights for the resources of the animals that are already present there. In this case, both the species are harmed and this is an example of competition. So, native and the invasive species are in competitive relationship.
