The difference between xylem and phloem.
Introduction:
During the course of the evolution, the plants were adapted to survive in the land and the dryconditions. Initially, all the plants were only found either in the water or near moist and dumpyplaces.
Explanation of Solution
The vascular plants are the plants having vascular bundles, they have a distinct, root, stem and leaves. Due to the presence of the vascular bundles, these plants can transport water from root to the stem. They are comparatively larger in size and the cells are adapted to store water.
The non-vascular plants are the plants having no transport system for the water. They do not have distinct root and leaf. They are thallus like and small. They do not transport water with help of specialized channels. They are either aquatic or live in damp areas.
