Since the rate of information technology, mobile devices and social media is hiking greatly it has transformed the workplace significantly, workforce communicate more not less. The communication process starts when the sender has an idea, the form of the idea may be influenced by complex factors surrounding the sender, they include; mood, culture, frame of reference, background and physical make-up.
