Interpretation:
The formula of the molecule that is formed when one atom of oxygen is reacted with two atoms of nitrogen is to be predicted. The type of bonds between the atoms is to be determined. The name of the corresponding compound is to be stated.

Ionic compounds are those compounds that have the strong electrostatic force of attraction between the oppositely charged ions. Covalent compounds are those compounds that are formed by sharing electrons between atoms. Ionic bonding is stronger than covalent bonding.
