Given information: In the question, Daily Parking garage is given. We will draw the graph, and through graph we can see relationship between numbers of hour’s car is parked and total cost of parking.

Graph: Here $y-axis$ represents cost of Daily parking garage, and $x-axis$ represents number of hours cars parked.

  

Interpretation: Observe the graph carefully, at $0<x\le 1$ value is $4$ , and in between $1<x\le 2$ value is $8$ .and in between $\text{2<}x\le 3$ value is $12$.And in between $3<x\le 4$ value is $16$ .
