Summary Introduction

Introduction: Dietary fat is the amount of fat that we consume through our food. From the total daily calories included in the healthier diet, about 20-30 percentage of the fat should come from the diet. However, too much of the dietary fat causes an increased weight (obesity) that leads to several health problems. In addition to this, consuming too little of the dietary fat is not at all healthy as the body could not meet the daily requirements of the fat to perform its routine function. Therefore, the fat intake of the body should be balanced.
