Introduction: Dietary fat is the amount of fat that one consumes through their food. Fats maintain the core body temperature and provide energy. Therefore, it is an important part of one’s diet. From the total daily calories included in the healthier diet, about 20-30 percentage of the fat is from the diet. But too much of the dietary fat causes increased weight (obesity), which leads to several health problems.
