To examine: Whether the statement “All-natural butter is better for you than margarine” is true or false.

Introduction: Dietary fat is the amount of fat that a person consumes through their food. Fats maintain the core body temperature and provide energy. Therefore, it is an important part of our diet. From the total daily calories included in the healthier diet, about 20-30 percentage of the fat comes from the diet. But too much of the dietary fat causes increased weight (obesity) that leads to several health problems.
