Sampling errors are errors due to taking the sample, such undercoverage. Selection or undercoverage bias will exclude part of the population.
For example, the telephone surveys will exclude people who don’t own telephones.

Explanation of Solution
Non-sampling errors are errors that are not related to taking the sample, such as response bias and non-response bias. Measurements or response bias will use the method that gives different values from the true value and non-response bias is the results of not having data for everybody in the sample.
For example, response bias could occur when a question asked to the subject influences them in their answer or response bias could also occur be wrongly recording a value.
