Introduction:
There are 4 types of decision making styles, directive, conceptual, analytical and behavioural approach.
Therefore, different individuals would have one of these styles as the most dominant structures. Directive focuses on a more autocratical decision making style, conceptual focuses on creative, brainstorming style and analytical bases on research and statistical decision-making style.
Brainstorming process is where a group spontaneously injects ideas, gathers and lists it to conclude in a creative form.
Rigorous debate is when carefully or important decision/ activity is being discussed a finalized.
