Calculation:

Let’s first formulate equations for given situations,

Let’s say you choose to download $x$ song files and $y$ video files.

You want to download at least $12$ files,

  $\therefore x+y\ge 12$ …(i)

You have maximum $60$ megabytes (MB) of space, and song files use $3.5$ MB and video files use $8$ MB

  $\therefore 3.5x+8y\le 60$ …(ii)
