Business Process Reengineering:
Changing the whole system in order to support organization’s task and cut down costs. It basically starts with advanced assessment of the organization’s mission, its strategic objectives and consumer needs. Business process reengineering is also called as business transformation.

- Very expensive
Information Silo occurs in three workgroup IS:

The information silo is that, all the mentioned departments share common data like student’s name, age, department, enroll ID, etc.
