Explanation of Solution

The processes involved in cellular respiration include glycolysis, pyruvate oxidation, Krebs cycle, and oxidative phosphorylation. Cellular respiration is a metabolic process, where main and important reactants are glucose and oxygen. These two reactions participate in above mentioned processes, and give ATP, carbon dioxide, and water as final products. Out of these products, ATP is used by the cell as a source of energy and water and carbon dioxide are released as waste. Carbon dioxide is exhaled out of the body and excess water is excreted out from the body by perspiration and urine. Glucose is present in the food a person takes and oxygen is inhaled during respiration.
