Introduction: The nervous system of humans is composed of CNS and PNS. CNS stands for “Central nervous system,” and it is composed of the brain and the spinal cord. PNS stands for “Peripheral nervous system,” and it contains the neurons that connect the brain and spinal cord and other parts of the body. The CNS is composed of white and gray matter.
