Introduction:
The chief executive officer of the much known company mentioned in the case study has to play a number of roles within the capacity of a manager each day. Within three main categories, ten roles to be played by a manager have been presented by experts in the field. Interpersonal, informational and decisional roles are the three categories aforesaid. Interpersonal roles refer to the ways a manger deals with various kinds of people within and beyond organizational boundaries. How a manager handles information with internal and external parties are being discussed under informational roles. Further, the decision making aspect of a managerial capacity is being addressed by the decisional roles.
