Abstract
This paper investigates what qualities, skills, and capacities are essential in taking care of the project and to have good leadership qualities. The purpose of this project is to provide the user a system for searching and viewing job applications by integrating with job search APIs available. It provides the user a system for tracking job applications. And also provides the user the ability to generate custom dashboards and reports. Project manager’s leadership style is a win component on activities, and whether its effect is diverse on various sorts of undertakings.

• Currently, I’m working as SAS Analyst in Fresenius Kabi, IL. I have decided to pursue this field because of my interest in Pharma industry and towards management. My project mainly related to managing the team members, handling with the medical devices and clinical trials. In today's business it is in the best interest of companies to have project managers. Common sense isn't always easily accomplished. Anyone who's ever worked on a project in a technical setting knows this. Indeed, much of working with others consists of solving unexpected problems and learning from mistakes along the way. MedDev is looking to streamline their resource planning across various departments in order to support their global growth and cut costs. In order to achieve this business objective, they are undertaking ERP Implementation as a Key project which involves largest investment MedDev has ever done as a single project. Thus success of this project is of prime importance to them.
I have learned the importance of leadership and I have identified the essential aspects, which are required for the employees who are working in the key roles in the organisations.
