Introduction:

Amino acids are classified as the organic compounds that have two functional groups, including amine and carboxyl group along with a side chain, which is specific to each of the amino acid. The key elements of an amino acid are nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon and oxygen molecule. Around 500 naturally occurring amino acids are known till now.
