Introduction: The tRNA ligase is otherwise called as aminoacyl synthetase. It is an enzyme that attaches to the suitable amino acid onto its RNA. Aminoacyl tRNA synthetase is categorized into two classes and for each is composed of ten enzymes. Class I consists of two highly conserved motif sequence. Class II consists of three highly conserved motif sequence.
