To Draw:A particle body motion diagram for the two runners during a race in which first runner crosses the finish line as the other runner is three fourths of the way to finish line.
Explanation of Solution
In motion diagram the moving object are represented by points.
Red points represent position of runner 1 and blue points represents position of runner 2 for every equal interval of time.
Here runner 1 reaches the finish line first, so it clearly shows that runner 1 is running faster than runner 2.
So,runner is always ahead of runner 2 as shown in figure above.
