Chapter 25, Problem 20RQ
Summary Introduction
To review:
The pathway of ductus deference and the pathway of an ejaculated sperm from the epididymis into the uterine tube in a female.
Introduction:
A male reproductive system is designed to produce, store and transport sperms. It is regulated by different forms of hormones. The primary hormones involved are the follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, and testosterone. The sperm is a male gamete that is haploid in nature, while the rest of the body is diploid in nature. The ovum or egg is a female gamete that is also haploid in nature.
