Polyribosome, also termed as polysomes, is a complex of two or more ribosomes attached to an mRNA strand, which is going under translation process. It can be of two types, free polysomes, and membrane-bound polysomes. These two forms differ in the presence of polyadenine and non-polyadenine sequence.
