Introduction:
The view that birds are closely related to reptiles was not welcomed until enough evidence came into light. The major evidence was provided in the form of the fossils from theropods. More advancements in the molecular biology tools like the molecular analysis of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and the cross-checking of the morphology from different sources of the reptilian fossils led to the conclusion that the birds have evolved from the reptiles.
