Concept Introduction:
Accuracy:
When the value of measurement done lies close to the true or standard or known value, it refers to accuracy. In simple sentence, accuracy refers to nearness to the “true” value.
Precision:
When two or more measurements give a consistent value, then it refers to Precision. In other words, precision terms the reproducibility of a result.
Standard deviation:
Standard deviation measures how closely the data are clustered about the mean. When the standard deviation is smaller, the clustering of data about the mean will be closer more.
