Introduction:
The succession includes a series of stages that allow the establishment of a particular species in a region. The species is established until there are drastic changes in the environment, after which the climax species establishes itself. In case of the corals, the decline of Acropora genus is more as compared to the other coral species. The increase in the Porites genus compensates for the loss of the Acropora genus.
