No company, out of given ones sells at the same rate as Party planner sells.

Given information: Party planner sells 10 paper plates for $2.5 and other companies sell as per given in the following table:

  

Formula/Concept used:To calculate cost of one paper plate of all the companies given by using the formula:

  $\text{Cost per paper plate}= \frac{\text{Total price of plates}}{\text{Number of such plates}}$

And then each such rate per plate will be compared to get two same rates.

Calculation: Cost per paper plate of Party planner $\frac{2.5}{10}=\$0.25$

Cost per paper plate of Party time $\frac{3.75}{15}=\$0.1875$

Cost per paper plate of Good time $\frac{6}{20}=\$0.30$

Cost per paper plate of Birthday Inc. $\frac{7.5}{25}=\$0.30$

Conclusion: Based on above calculation,it is cleared that no company sells the paper plates for the same price per plate as the company Party planner sells.
