Introduction:

DNA replication is one of the basic and important processes that occurs within the cell in which a double stranded DNA molecule is copied to produce two identical DNA molecules. In prokaryotes, the replication of DNA is bidirectional, which is, processing from a single point of origin of replication to both directions, and the series of proteins and enzymes are involved in the replication mechanism.

One of the important enzymes in the DNA replication mechanism is DNA polymerase III. The main replicative enzyme is DNA polymerase III. It synthesizes a new DNA strand in 5'3' direction.
