Alphabetic Telephone Number Translator
Many companies use telephone numbers like 555-GET-FOOD so the number is easier for their customers to remember. On a standard telephone, the alphabetic letters are mapped to numbers in the following fashion:
A, B, and C = 2
D, E, and F = 3
G, H, and I = 4
J, K, and L = 5
M, N, and O = 6
P, Q, R, and S = 7
T, U, and V = 8
W, X, Y, and Z = 9
Write an application that asks the user to enter a 10-character telephone number in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX. The application should display the telephone number with any alphabetic characters that appeared in the original translated to their numeric equivalent. For example, if the user enters 555-GET-FOOD the application should display 555-438-3663.

- Pig Latin is a nonsense language. To create a word in pig Latin, you remove the first letter and then add the first letter and ay at the end of the word. For example, dog becomes ogday and cat becomes atcay. Write a program named PigLatin that allows the user to enter a word and displays the pig Latin version.arrow_forwardNice Number Programming: Nice program ask user to enter three integers from keyboard (java console), the three integers represent left bound, right bound and arbitrary digit 'm', where left bound is less than right bound. Program should print all nice numbers in the given range that doesn't contain digit 'm'. The number is nice if its every digit is larger than the sum of digits which are on the right side of that digit. For example 741 is a nice number since 4> 1, and 7> 4+1. with digit m=2. The last digit of a credit card number is the check digit, which protects against transcription errors such as an error in a single digit or switching two digits. The following method is used to verify actual credit card numbers but, for simplicity, we will describe it for numbers with 8 digits instead of 16:• Starting from the rightmost digit, form the sum of every other digit. For example, if thecredit card number is 4358 9795, then you form the sum 5 + 7 + 8 + 3 = 23.• Double each of the digits that were not included in the preceding step. Add all digits ofthe resulting numbers. For example, with the number given above, doubling the digits, starting with the next-to-last one, yields 18 18 10 8. Adding all digits in these valuesyields 1 + 8 + 1 + 8 + 1 + 0 + 8 = 27.• Add the sums of the two preceding steps. If the last digit of the result is 0, the number isvalid. In our case, 23 + 27 = 50, so the number is valid.Write a program that implements this…arrow_forwardCredit Card Number Check. A standard section succession is a section arrangement that can be changed into a right math articulation by embedding characters "1" and "+" between the first characters of the grouping. For instance, section successions "()()" and "(())" are standard (the subsequent articulations are: "(1)+(1)" and "((1+1)+1)"), and ")(", "(" and ")" are not. You are given an integer n. You will likely develop and print precisely n diverse customary section arrangements of length 2n. Input :The primary line contains one integer t (1≤t≤50) — the number of experiments. Each experiment comprises of one line containing one integer n (1≤n≤50). Output :For each experiment, print n lines, each containing an ordinary section grouping of length precisely 2n. All section groupings you output for a testcase ought to appear as something else (however they might rehash in various experiments). Almost as if intended as a metaphor for the bleak daily life behind the Iron Curtain, all pebbles are identical and you don't have any choice in your moves. Each move picks up one pebble from each pile (even if doing so makes that pile vanish), and creates a new pile from the resulting handful. For example, starting with[7, 4, 2, 1, 1], the first move turns this into [6, 3, 1, 5]. The next move turns that into [5, 2, 4, 4], which then turns into the five-pile configuration [4, 1, 3, 3, 4], and so on. This function should count how many moves are needed to convert the given initial piles into the goal state where each number from 1 to k appears as the size of exactly one pile, and return that count. A palindrome is a word, number, phrase, or other sequence of characters which reads the same backward as forward, such as “SIR”,“raceBIKE”, “Never odd or even”, “20/1/20”. The program should prompt the user to typein a phrase that is at least three characters long, and then tell the user whether the phrasewas a palindrome.
