To draw: a circle and then inscribe a quadrilateral $PQRS$ in the circle, with $\overline{PR}$ as the diameter.

First draw a circle with centre O as shown below:

First draw the diameter $\overline{PR}$ of the circle.

Now, complete the figure by drawing a quadrilateral $PQRS$ such that each of its vertexes lies on the circle.
