Now

Median of the trapezoid.

  $\begin{array}{l}M=\frac{1}{2}(b_1+b_2)\\ M=\frac{1}{2}\left(45+15\right)\\ M=\frac{60}{2}\\ M=30unit\end{array}$

Hence, height of the trapezoid is $h=10unit$ and median is $M=30unit$.
