Fura-2 is a ratiometric and sensitive indicator dye. Thisis used for measuring calcium within the living cells. One of the forms of Fura-2 is known as acetoxymethyl (AM) ester. it is very helpful for noninvasive intracellular loadings. This is also available inpackages (F-1221) and in a solution with DMSO (F-1225).
