- Time utility refers to the availability of the time given to the consumers to avail the services of the retailers that is it can be open of 24/7.
- Place utility refers to the location of the stores.
- Form utility refers to the alteration or production of goods and services to match the customer’s specification.
- Possession utility refers to the facilities of possible purchase that is door delivery.
Here, the company uses the time utility to deliver the orders to the customers with the 24 hours of ordering. When a product is delivered by the retailer to the warehouse of the customer, then it is possession utility. The company uses form utility when it blends the chemicals according to their specifications.
