Introduction:
Eukaryotes are made up of a large amount of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid). The DNA sequence remains the same in an individual. Regulation of gene expression is a complex phenomenon. There are a number of regulatory DNA sequences, which promote and suppress gene expression during transcription.
