Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Carbohydrates give energy instantly, and it is stored in the liver and muscle as glycogen. It has a lower oxygen-to-hydrogen ratio compared to lipids, which has a greater oxygen–to-hydrogen ratio. It is identified by comparing the molecular formula of carbohydrates and lipids. Lipid storage is twice as carbohydrates, and there is plenty of energy that comes to the blood by the breakdown of fats.
