Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The immune system consists of a group of immune cells that inhabit in all parts of our body. There are many immune cells are involved to protect our body from the pathogenic microbes or antigens. The immune cells have the ability to synthesize certain chemicals to neutralize and destroy an antigen. White blood cells or lymphocytes are produced by the immune system to fight against the cancerous cells, and so forth. In certain cases, our immune system failure to attack or raise an immune response against an antigen or body’s own protein a condition called the self-tolerance. If our immune system responds to the self-antigen, autoimmune diseases may occur.
